Decision summary

Choose billing cadence—not a different feature tier.

The current monthly and yearly plans provide the same Radish feature set. The difference is billing cadence and the introductory offer: monthly has no trial; yearly can include seven trial days only when Apple marks a new subscriber eligible.

Before a subscription

Try the real workflow with three receipts.

  1. 1
    Download Radish.

The App Store download itself is free.

  2. 2
    Finish onboarding.

The three-receipt allowance applies to a newly onboarded empty household.

  3. 3
    Scan or add by hand.

Review the proposed or manually entered details. Save up to three receipts free.

  4. 4
    Choose continued access.

After the three free receipts, continued use requires active monthly or yearly subscription access on the iPhone.

Free-access boundary: deleting receipts does not reset the three-receipt allowance.

Apple manages the purchase

Eligibility, renewal, cancellation, restore, and refunds stay with Apple.

Trial and renewal

Apple shows whether the yearly introductory offer applies and the final local renewal price before confirmation. To avoid the yearly charge after a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. A paid subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

Manage or cancel

Use Radish’s Manage subscription action or Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops a future renewal under Apple’s rules; it does not delete receipt data.

Restore purchases

Radish checks current StoreKit entitlements. Restore purchases asks Apple to synchronize an entitlement that appears missing.

Refund request

Apple decides refund eligibility. Radish cannot approve or promise a refund.

Two different sharing systems

What does Radish cost for two people?

In the US, two separate subscriptions cost $9.98/month or $79.98/year in total. If Apple Family Sharing grants access to both iPhones, one subscription costs $4.99/month or $39.99/year. In the UK, two separate subscriptions cost £9.98/month or £79.98/year; eligible Apple Family Sharing can cover both iPhones with one £4.99/month or £39.99/year subscription. Confirm access on the second iPhone before purchasing another plan.

Two iPhones can share one grocery history through iCloud. A QR invite shares the data; each iPhone also needs subscription access through its own purchase or eligible Apple Family Sharing.

Radish pricing FAQ

Is Radish free?

Radish is free to download. After onboarding, a newly onboarded empty household can review and save three receipts before the subscription paywall. Continued use requires a monthly or yearly plan.

Does the monthly Radish plan include a free trial?

No. Monthly costs $4.99 in the US or £4.99 in the UK and starts when Apple confirms the purchase. Apple shows the final local price and terms.

Who can receive the 7-day yearly trial?

Only eligible new subscribers to the yearly plan. Apple determines eligibility and shows the final offer and local renewal price before confirmation.

How do I cancel or restore a Radish subscription?

Manage or cancel Radish in Apple Account Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial or current billing period ends to avoid the next charge. If current access is missing, use Restore purchases in Radish to ask Apple to synchronize the entitlement again.

Does a household QR share the subscription?

No. The QR shares grocery data. Each iPhone needs subscription access, either from its own purchase or eligible Apple Family Sharing for the selected product and account.
