Does Radish connect to my bank?
No — and it never will ask. Radish builds your grocery history only from receipts you choose to scan or add manually.
What if the scan gets something wrong?
You fix it. Every scan is an editable draft — items, prices, categories — and Radish checks that the lines add up to the printed total before you save.
Which receipts and iPhones work?
iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Radish is optimized for English-language US and UK grocery receipts in USD and GBP. Scan up to four photos per receipt; manual entry always works.
Where are receipt photos processed?
Only after you explicitly allow scanning, the photos are sent to OpenAI through Radish’s receipt-processing service to create the draft. Without permission, manual entry remains available. Saved household history is sealed before it is stored or synced. Full details in Privacy.
Do we need two subscriptions?
Each iPhone needs subscription access — through its own purchase or eligible Apple Family Sharing. The QR invite shares your grocery history, not the subscription. Pricing for two iPhones.
How do the free receipts, trial, and plans work?
Download is free and you can review and save three receipts before choosing a plan. Yearly is $39.99 (UK £39.99) with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; monthly is $4.99 (UK £4.99) with no trial. Both auto-renew until canceled; Apple shows final local terms before purchase.
